Welcome to Exploravelia Wild (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website exploraveliawild.com, booking safaris, or engaging with our services, you agree to follow the Terms & Conditions listed below. If you do not agree, please stop using our services immediately.


1. Use of Our Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings or purchases.

  • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt hacking, inject malware, or disrupt operations.

  • All content (photos, videos, text) belongs to Exploravelia Wild and cannot be copied without permission.


2. Safari Bookings

  • Safari zones, timings, and availability are controlled by the Forest Department, not us.

  • Once a booking is initiated, slot allocation is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Changes in safari timings

    • Zone changes by Forest Department

    • Weather issues, natural hazards, or wildlife movement

  • Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed.


3. Payments

  • All prices are displayed clearly before booking.

  • Payments made through third-party gateways (Razorpay/PayU/Stripe, etc.) must follow their security protocols.

  • We do not store your card or banking details.


4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Safari bookings are non-refundable, as per Forest Department rules.

  • In case of technical errors or double bookings, refunds will follow government norms.

  • Hotel/package refunds depend on the individual partner’s policies.

  • No refunds for:

    • No-show

    • Late arrival

    • Missed safari due to personal reasons


5. Traveller Responsibility

  • You must carry valid ID proof for safari entry.

  • Follow all safety rules inside the park.

  • Alcohol, smoking, littering, and disturbing wildlife are strictly prohibited.

  • You are liable for fines or legal consequences if Forest Department rules are violated.


6. Content & Media Usage

  • Videos, photos, reviews, or testimonials shared with us may be used for marketing unless you request otherwise.

  • Unauthorized use of our branded content is not permitted.


7. Limitation of Liability

Exploravelia Wild is not responsible for:

  • Delays or cancellations caused by government authorities

  • Accidents, injuries, or loss of belongings during tours

  • Weather conditions, wildlife activity, or unforeseen events

  • Website downtime or technical errors

Your use of the website and services is at your own risk.


8. Third-Party Services

We may use:

  • Hotels/resorts

  • Safari operators

  • Vehicle providers

  • Payment gateways

  • Analytics tools
    We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party partners.
